Events Management:

Manage and execute functions and events.
Create and manage events calendar.
Develop and distribute internal and external communications and documentations.
Plan, organize, and support sponsorship activities.
Liaise with subsidiaries, external service providers, and key role players.
Manage and participate in identified projects, ensuring effective communication with the team.
Develop and adhere to efficient event timelines.
Manage events budget and source gifts for events.

Boardroom and Reception Management (10%):

Oversee boardrooms and reception areas to ensure they are well-maintained.






Manage admin personnel and office assistants.
Supervise the events team.

CSI (Corporate Social Investment):

Create and manage CSI strategy, including calendar and execution.
Manage CSI and sponsorship activities.
Supervise the CSI team.

Promo Shop Management:

Administer the Promo Shop.
Liaise with sales and employees.
Manage stock ordering, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
Supervise the Promo Shop team.

Requirements:

Formal Education: Degree/Diploma in Events Management.

Experience: 3-5 years' Events Management experience (Financial Industry), 2 years Project Management (Advantage).
