Introduction
The position of Executive Chef for our group is vacant at Genpro (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of HMR, Butchery and Bakery Departments of our group.
Duties will include (but not limited to),
1. Ensure smooth overall running of the HMR, Butchery and Bakery production departments.
2. Costings and Administration.
3. Ordering of stock.
4. Stock levels.
5. Waste management.
6. Daily production and presentation of product.
7.Production targets.
8. Quality control
9.Management of staff.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 and appropriate Tertiary Qualification
At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef.
At least 5 years' experience in a Managerial position.
Sound knowledge on all types of meat, confectionery, frozen and cooked meals etc.
Ability to work independently.
Candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Centurion.
