Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting walk-in clients with all product-related enquiries
- Assisting clients over the phone and via email
- Generating quotes
- Working closely with Sales Reps
- Following up on orders
- Packing orders
- Matric/Grade 12
- 1-2 years' work experience - customer service/reception environment
- Excel & Powerpoint knowledge
- Pastel knowledge an advantage
- Own reliable transport
- Contactable References
