Renewable Energy Sales - The successful sales person will be in charge of managing a company's relationships with its customers. They are in charge of developing new market, new customers, building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible. Will be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
1.
Establishing new business and promotion of Renewable Energy. The candidate will need to have proof of 7 projects that have already been implemented and commissioned (less than 1MW).
2. Able to independently design and write project plans and project proposals, and have the ability to explain plans and presentations to users.
3. Ability to independently write presentations.
4. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
5. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
6. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
8. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Forecast and track key account metrics.
10. Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
11. exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
12. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
13. Monitor and analyse customer’s usage of our product.
14. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
15. Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
16. Must be able to draft proposals for C & I projects.
Qualification
Educational Background
National Diploma in electrical engineering, sales, business management, finance, or related fields.
Work Experience
At least 3+ years working experience within the solar industry in sales.
Must have PPA (Power Proposal Agreements)
experience.
Must have a financial background.
Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience in Distribution.
Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience in EPC projects.
The candidate will need to have proof of 7 projects that have already been implemented and commissioned (less than 1MW).
Must be able to travel.
Must have a valid driver’s license.Package & RemunerationR 25000
