Introduction
The position is an office-based position, and the individual will be responsible for collection of levies from owners, assist with customer queries, account reconciliations, and ensure payments are allocated accordingly.
Requirements
Competencies:
- Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel act.)
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of collections.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work within a diverse Team.
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate.
- WeConnectU experience advantageous.
- At least 2+ years of working experience in credit control.
What you will be doing
- Follow-up on overdue levy accounts through telephone calls, emails and SMSs to owners.
- Reconciling levy accounts.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Levy payment allocations.
- Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities.
- Meet monthly and weekly deadlines.
- Negotiate payment arrangements.
- Identify changes in payment patterns and propose appropriate actions to avoid legal handover.
Package & Remuneration
Lucrative basic salary depending on experience
