We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a background in Delphi to join our dynamic team in developing high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Java ecosystems and experience in building scalable and robust applications. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions across various platforms and devices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Software Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Scrum).
- Proficient in SQL, database design, queries, and reporting (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Delphi, C#, Kotlin, and related frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
- Experience with web and mobile development technologies, including both front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
- Comfortable creating unit and integration tests.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Experience:
- Java EE and related development tools (e.g., NetBeans, Eclipse).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and optional Node.js.
- Familiarity with SOLID design principles and various design patterns.
- Database skills in MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture and domain-driven design.
- Basic knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.
Beneficial Experience:
- Experience with C#, Delphi, PHP, or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with source control systems (SVN, TFS, Bitbucket).
- Experience with project management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
