Introduction
Purpose of the position
To ensure effective after-sales support for all Rigid Dump Truck Models to dealer networks and end users. To upskill all delegates through effective technical and system trainin.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide technical product support to Subsidiary Companies, Dealers & Customers through company acceoted chanels communication, and physical machine visits.
- Create technical reports based on Field, Dealer & Customer Visits .
- Monitor trends and compile analysis reports & Communicate findings to HCM, Dealers & Customers.
Field Information Report:
- Provide technical expertise & guidance to Dealers & Customers regarding the FIR & obtain solution & closure of FIR.
- Intermediary for Product queries between Subsidiary Companies, Dealers & Customers and Japan.
- Perform Review & analyze FIR’s regarding the origin, history, etc. of similar claims.
Service Bulletins:
- Receive service bulletins regarding mandatory modifications and ensure modifications are done accordingly.
- Order, change and update parts to ensure compliance to mandatory modifications. Inform all relevant customers regarding mandatory changes. Provide stakeholders with list of customers who will be affected.
- Perform follow ups regarding mandatory modifications on a regular basis.
Warranty:
- Determine if claim is warrantable or not to the stakeholder and request more detailed information if as required.
- Work with the Warranty Team to adjudicate at First Judge Level on all dump trucks product claims and forward to second judge if approved.
- Receive FIR from Global e Service,
Investigate and report back to customer regarding technical advice or forward to the factory with commentary if solution cannot be found.
Special Projects:
- Assist with machine assembles as and when required and represent OEM (original equipment manufacturer).
- Physically assist customers in technical investigations or change outs if required. Assist telephonic on FIR as well as per email.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Physical / Legal Requirements:
- Fit for duty
- No crminal record
- Fit for travel
- Valid Passport
Qualifications required:
- Artisan-Hydraulic / Mechanic / Electrical Certificate NQL4/Mill Wright.
- Certificate -Engineering NQFL5
- Facilitator- Training Certificate NQFL5 Experience:
- Earth moving with electrical or hydraulic- 4-5 years
- HV Electrical Qualification/ Experience
- Troubleshooting and Fault Finding-4-5 years · Training- 2 years.
