Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Location: Cape Town (Foreshore)

About Us:

Our client delivers innovative SaaS products designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare providers in the UK. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in SaaS or product sales and a passion for the healthcare industry to join our expanding team. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts, providing comprehensive product training, and supporting clients while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products and services.

Role Overview:

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing a portfolio of key accounts,





and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within the UK health market. In addition to managing client accounts, you will provide in-depth training on new and existing products, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions. Experience with the UK NHS would be beneficial but is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs, product support, and ongoing engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored product training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and continued usage of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Lead training sessions for both clients and internal teams on new and existing products.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies,





and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Provide regular updates on account performance, client feedback, and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within SaaS or technology products.
- Strong understanding of relationship management, with the ability to maintain and grow key client relationships.
- Experience in delivering product training and providing ongoing client support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.





Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
