and utilization of staffing resources.Empower and build staff competence through continuous assessment and development.Assist with the effective management of operational expenses (including stock and capital).REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Degree/Diploma in General NursingPostgraduate certificate/diploma in Critical CareDESIRED EDUCATION: MidwiferyREQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 to 4 years post-qualification experience in Critical CareDESIRED EXPERIENCE: Paediatric experiencePrevious experience working in the Private sectorREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEPharmacologyNursing processes and proceduresInfection prevention and controlScientific nursing principles and processesDevelop/modify a nursing care planScope of practice for nurse practitionersFor specialized wards; ACLS; ATLS; PALS trainedAnalyzing and interpretation skillsBasic life support trainedAll applicants will be considered,
