Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma or BTech
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in
telecommunication quality assurance.
Key Performance Areas
- Responsible for driving development and implementation
of quality assurance and compliance programmes within
the Telecoms Broadband Design and Development Branch
- Responsible for developing processes and procedures
relevant to the various domains of the Telecoms
Broadband Services branch
- Develop and drive quality assurance programmes and
conduct risk assessments and response plans across
sections
processes and procedures for the Telecoms Broadband
Services
- Liaise with key stakeholders for input and consultation into
relevant matters.
