One of our well known energy and chemical clients are looking for an experienced CA to work as a Senior Financial Accountant on a 5-month contract in Sandton.
Qualifications and experience :
- No less than 6 years' working experience, of which 2 years' post articles
- SAP work experience
- IFRS knowledge
- Tax knowledge
- Companies Act knowledge

Key performance areas :
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement - business and financial systems / processes
- OneStream and SAP reporting
- Form part of policy drafting process
- Drive the accuracy of the General Ledger
- Drafting annual financial statements
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Capturing forecasts and budgets
- Cash flow
- Month end reporting
- SOX testing and control
- Prep tax returns
- Assist with deferred tax
- Managing a team
