Job Description

Altron Digital Business is a leading provider of cutting-edge infrastructure technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solution Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, who will play a key role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our innovative networking solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target key clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and ensure seamless service delivery






- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction

Qualifications and experience requirements:

- 8 + years of experience with a proven track record in sales, specifically in infrastructure products and services or related technology solutions
- Deep understanding of networking technologies and services, and related IT infrastructure
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Customer-Centric
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills






- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Selling Experience:
- Understanding of and success in a sales environment that requires the creation of capital expenditure plans and budgets
- Demonstrated success in value-linking and demand creation
- Proven customer relationship skills, with experience in interfacing with customers, at Executive/Director level in both business and technology, on a regular basis
- Proven ability in solutions sales environment
- Demonstrated success in proactively prospecting into existing accounts

Planning Experience:
- Strategic planning skills






- Experience in developing and executing structured account plans for large, complex accounts and maintaining year-on-year growth
- Ability to lead complex proposals
- Proven ability to deliver against demanding targets
