Medical Sales Representative – AXA multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Sales Representative – AX who will be responsible for engaging with the company's customers in line with the sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target in their territory.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Job Outputs:Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at the customer businessElectronic territory management systemMaintain product and industry knowledgeImplementation of sales and marketing strategyAchieving the annual regional sales budget and managing a territory expense budgetTailor make customer strategies for each customer need in order to obtain mutual benefit and growthArrange customer focused functionsParticipating in customer exposActivate company branded functions e.g. CPD functions in conjunction with key account management teamDaily customer recon and reportingCall rate coverage and frequency to ensure good territory managementMaintain acceptable levels of market related and product knowledge, to ensure effective individual performance and training of customersImplement a territory business plan to accomplish objectives in line with the sales and marketing strategyCalling on doctorsForwarding of all received product quality complaints, adverse events and medical enquiries to the relevant person in quality assurance/pharmacovigilance/medical affairsCore CompetenciesEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to manage time effectivelyAdvanced interpersonal skillsMS Office suiteDesired Experience & QualificationQualifications:Related Bachelor's DegreeExperience:Minimum 24 months Pharma industry experienceExcellent selling skillsEstablished and existing relationships in the territory and with key stakeholdersPackage & RemunerationSalary: Market relatedShould you not hear from us within 2 weeks, kindly consider your application as unsuccessful.All personal information received will be processed in accordance with The Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 OF 2013.
