Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Sandton, South Africa. This role is critical for you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle-from requirement gathering, roadmap creation, writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs),





prioritisation, and overseeing stakeholder communications to post-launch optimization. You will play a key role in stakeholder management, program management, product strategy, and ensuring smooth execution of our product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across cross-functional teams to own the product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog management to drive the overall product vision.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable PRDs.
- Roadmap Creation & Management: Define and manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations, prioritising features and updates based on impact and feasibility.
- Product Development: Work closely with Engineering teams and third-party providers from ideation to launch, and oversee post-launch optimization.
- Program Management:





Oversee program management activities including timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Problem Solving & Gap Analysis: Identify business gaps through in-depth analysis and propose innovative solutions to address unmet needs.
- Analyse Performance & Optimise Processes: Regularly analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Driving Software Adoption: Facilitate the successful adoption of software across business units by ensuring products meet user needs, conducting trainings, and providing support for seamless integration.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in product management,





with strong expertise in stakeholder management, roadmap creation, and PRD writing.
- Experience in product strategy, prioritization, and backlog management.
- Solid experience in program management and driving software adoption across business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and bridge business gaps.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams and third-parties for product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both local and remote teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in international or cross-regional contexts is a plus.






- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
