As part of this team, you will work with a group of experts focusing on areas like Segmentation and Portfolio Strategy. We are specifically seeking someone with experience in Growth Strategy (Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy) using our unique Growthfinder methodology. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, experience in developing and implementing advanced quantitative methods, and be comfortable working with complex data and analysis.Key responsibilitiesClient Relationship LeadershipBuild deep positive relationships with key clientsTake and interpret briefs into our organizationWrite proposals and sell Consulting solutions to win businessLead thinking on solutions to client briefsSolution LeadershipLead Segmentation design, execution, analysis,





and growth strategyDeliver convincing, innovative solutions to client briefsProvide strategic and inspiring thinking for clients' marketing challengesWrite and present intellectually convincing and emotionally appealing proposals and debriefsFacilitate workshop process design and co-facilitate internal and external client workshopsProject DeliveryEnsure quality, timely delivery of projects through the teamTake ownership of project deliverables, including project administration and financesMobilize and coach our teamsOversee the work scope of junior team membersMonitor and maintain the quality of outputsBusiness DevelopmentManage project finances and deliver profitabilityWin new work and build sustainable relationships with clientsUnderstand the long-term needs of client businessesWhat we're looking forWe Are Seeking Experienced Research And Marketing Leaders With a Diverse Track Record And 8+ Years Of Relevant Experience.
