About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll be at the core of ensuring the success of key business improvement initiatives. Acting as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders, you’ll help enhance processes and drive operational efficiency through data-driven solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that directly impact our fibre network services and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Experience
3-4 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, with involvement in at least one large and several medium-sized projects.
Salesforce certification and expertise in at least one Salesforce cloud.
Proven ability to work across multiple projects, collaborating with various teams.
Strong skills in documentation, planning, and organizing, with a sharp attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proactive in action, and adept at facilitation.
Understanding of business processes and project management.
What You’ll Do
Elicit business needs from stakeholders using various techniques, ensuring alignment between business and IT.
Create detailed user stories that clearly define the requirements and scope of each project.
Conduct process mapping, allowing end-users to validate business requirements, identify areas of improvement, and reduce waste.
Drive the completion of comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, delivering successful projects and meeting timelines.
Play a pivotal role in quality assurance, overseeing systems and data to ensure top-notch project execution.
Delve into technical aspects,
working closely with teams to resolve challenges, optimize systems, and ensure smooth operations.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
