As a Junior IT member, you will provide essential technical support, assist with the installation and maintenance of IT systems, and contribute to various IT projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those with some experience looking to jumpstart their career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Participate in IT projects and collaborate with senior team members.
- Document technical procedures and create user manuals as needed.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Linux experience.
- Additional software: Windows, Networking, Azure, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Previous internship or certification in IT is a plus but not mandatory.
