DATA ANAYST Century City, Cape TownR400 000 R500 000 Per Annum Negotiable Global Financial Services concern is seeking a highly motivated and driven Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in interpreting the Companies data to provide actionable insights to the business while will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.One would describe you as having excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities together with good communication skills across a range of levels in the businessYou have a high degree of data literacy and accuracy together with good time management skills.Main Purpose of the roleBe responsible for processing, analyzing,





and collecting data from various sources. You would be relied on to use statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the compilation and distribution of business reports to relevant stakeholdersPrime (Client Relationship Management System) business champion supporting projects, ad hoc tasks, and checking (including but not limited to servicing)Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the team and managementTranslate user requirements into highly specified reportingIdentify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitabilityDraw up proposals for modified or replacement reporting and present them to relevant partiesOversee the implementation of the new system(s) / enhancementsContinuously ensure that tasks and projects are completed within deadlines and that any rework is limitedMonitor and improve the efficiency of business processes,





as well as collect and interpret data about existing processesContinuously keep up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments and investigate alternative business solutionsReduce manual tasks and direct costs as well as provide efficiencies through use of technologyInterpret business processes into user interaction flows and screen layoutsProvide training to users on the new system(s) / enhancementsQualification, Skills and Experience required:Senior Certificate with relevant IT or related Diploma/Degree 3-5 Years relevant data analyst experience gained ideally within the financial services sector Basic coding experienceWorking experience on Python or related programming languages will be advantageousTo apply for this role, please forward a detailed copy of your CV of
