We have an amazing opportunity for a Product Quality Assurance Team Leader based in Durban, Umhlanga. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
The Product Quality Assurance Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team testing and evaluating the performance of the online betting platforms. This includes running a variety of tests while products and features come out of development, identifying errors, and providing feedback to ensure the platforms and products meet the business’s quality standards.

- Experience in Quality Assurance Testing
- Customer Service skills
- IVR systems experience
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
- Identify critical quality risks and communicate them effectively.
- Provide quality support for the Product team, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Maintain all current product operations online by identifying shortfalls and introducing new solutions.
- Define appropriate measures to ensure product quality.
- Roster and manage the Product QA team.
- Analyze and monitor the performance of products.
- Develop and initiate solutions in the form of business request documents and reporting for online developments and bugs.
- Review and approve test results.
- Develop and track test metrics.
- Create and execute test cases for software in development.
- Show strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Identify new innovations and assess Competitors' products.
- Ensure enhancement of products and improve functionality for end users.
- Conduct competitor analysis reporting.
- Lead product testing before releasing to live environment.
- Work under pressure.
- Identify and eliminate risk factors within the platforms.
- Propose new business ideas and improve current work practices.
- Involve in making user manuals for system applications.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
