ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a marketing administrator you will be responsible for supporting the marketing manager with admin tasks to help find opportunities for the business.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Updating resource sheet with videos weekly
- Creating a list of speaking opportunities for our Director and reaching out to them in the correct way
- Creating a list of potential podcast guests and reaching out to them and booking them
- Creating a list of websites to collaborate with for guest blogs/backlink opportunities
- Other tasks that are asked to carry out by the Marketing Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to listen to others and work well as part of a team
- Ability to use different systems such as Excel and Word documents
- A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication






- The ability to manage multiple projects and adjust shifting priorities as they change
- Ability to work under deadline pressures
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have a great eye to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
