Job Description:
As the Financial Manager, your duties could include the following:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Manage cash flow and ensure accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making
Conduct regular financial analysis to assess profitability and operational efficiency
Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and present findings to the executive team
Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
Monitor market trends and economic conditions to improve financial strategies
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment strategies
Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards at all levels
Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience within a financial leadership role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial software and excel
Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
Qualification:
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
Relevant Bcom degree
Grade 12
