Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Deliver proactive and reactive functional support for customer JDE systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, recommend workarounds, and work closely with developers or Oracle to resolve problems.
- Guide clients on JDE system configurations and best practices, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with client teams, third-party consultants, and internal experts to resolve system errors.
- Maintain and update system configurations regularly.
Project Work:
- Contribute to the design and specification of new JDE applications or modifications.
- Participate in testing and documentation for customizations and system changes.
- Lead ad-hoc projects, including system upgrades,
new feature implementation, and client-specific enhancements.
Consulting & Collaboration :
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, adapting quickly to unique client needs.
- Ensure adherence to Navisite Managed Services methods and processes.
Preferred Skills & Experi ence:
JDE Expertise : Minimum of 5 years experience supporting or consulting on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1). Familiarity with Warehouse Management within JDE is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of SQL, and experience troubleshooting JDE errors and bugs.
Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to manage client interactions and offer solutions. Ability to adapt to new functionalities and client-specific customizations.
Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with data protection laws, including the DPA, EU GDPR, and local regulations.
