**About the Role**
The Senior Territory Account Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your Key Accounts/Relationship Management and Sales skills by being the main point of contact for our highest-value merchant partners.
This role focuses on post-sales of Small-to-Medium Sized Businesses, upselling marketing products to grow revenue, maintaining operational quality & maximizing business retention.
Account Managers are critical to retaining our highest-value accounts, ensuring new partners are successful on our platform and consulting partners that have the potential to grow.
This role calls for a combination of an operational mindset, analysis of performance and exceptional relationship management.
