Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organization in Randburg, is seeking a Salesforce Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong experience in Salesforce and CRM systems, as well as a demonstrated history in a coordinator role.
The Salesforce Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting Salesforce operations, providing user assistance, and driving user adoption within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- User and License Management : Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including user setup, deactivation, assigning roles, profiles, permissions, and managing public groups.
- User Support :
Handle user support tickets and provide assistance to Salesforce users to resolve issues and enhance their experience.
- Requirements Gathering : Identify and gather system requirements from users and stakeholders to improve functionality and streamline processes.
- Salesforce Configuration : Implement and manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to :
- Flow automation
- Custom fields
- Page layouts
- Record types
- Custom settings
- Dashboards and reports
- Monitor User Adoption : Track and monitor user adoption of Salesforce to ensure maximum utilization and identify areas for improvement.
- User Training : Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to ensure users are equipped to leverage Salesforce efficiently.
Required Technical Skills :
- Salesforce CRM : Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- CRM Systems : Strong knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite : Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
