Position: Software Sales Executive
Industry: Logistics.
Sector: Software Development.
Location: Kyalami
Salary: Market Related, plus commissions

EDUCATION:

- Must have a Post Graduate Degree or higher MBA will be an advantage
- Appropriate business-related qualification in areas such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounts or Finance, Marketing and Sales

EXPERIENCE:

- A minimum of 5 years executive management experience in a Business Development, Customer Relations and Operations Management role managing a team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Computer literate and numerate at an advanced level.
- Strong business acumen and business writing skills.






- Ability to present and articulate at Board level.
- Good knowledge of innovative solutions and technologies that would enhance business efficiencies.
- Executive Management Reporting and presentation experience.
- Ability to liaise with customers at all levels.
- Must be able to develop business plans and drive business growth strategy.
- Strong leadership but must have the ability get involved in the detail.

- Develop Business Growth Strategy.
- Compile budget and business plans.
- SWOT analysis.
- Project Manage the Tender Process.
- Employment of resources and capacity building.
- Brand awareness and marketing.
- Manage all the companies digital marketing.
- Target and sales driven.
- BDM (Hunting).
- CRM (Retention).
- Regional Operations.
