Your duties will encompass:
- Oversee the daily operations of a factory.
- Manage a team of employees and Factory.
- Implement production processes and develop budgets.
- Create work schedules, assign tasks and coordinate manufacturing activities.
- Evaluate employees' performance and coach teams.
- Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Prepare production reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Matric
Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Shopfitting industry.
- MS Office proficient.
- Fluent in Afrikaans.
Salary / Package
R350K - R550K CTC
