and data entry within company.Make travel arrangements and prepare documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.Conduct the ordering, storing and distributing of office supplies.Identify and mitigate internal systems and procedural barriers to enhance excellent customer service.Attend meetings and present findings and business cases to relevant stakeholders when required.Ensure the mitigation of the department's risk profile for the application of fraud controls and risk prevention principles and implementing of sound governance and compliance processes and tools to identify and manage risks.Support and provide evidence to all internal and external audit requirements.Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, policies and Standard Operating Procedures within scope of control.Desired Experience & QualificationQualificationsMatric.Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.Skills2 Years' experience within Fire Services,
