The successful candidate will be involved in designing and implementing visually compelling and user-centric digital solutions across multiple platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product management, to deliver innovative designs that enhance user experience and drive business results.What you will do:Lead the conceptualisation and design of cutting-edge digital interfaces and experiences that meet the strategic goals of the organisation.Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that prioritise user experience and accessibility.Translate complex ideas and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.Work closely with Product Managers, Developers,
and Marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business and user needs.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.Innovation & trend analysis:Stay updated on the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continually improve digital offerings.Proactively suggest and implement innovative design solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction.Project management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital assets.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Designers, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular design reviews to ensure that final digital products are visually appealing, functional,
and aligned with user expectations.Collaborate with Developers during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity is maintained.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency is required.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.Understanding of digital principles around responsive design, designing for web and digital application.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including UX/UI design, responsive web design,
and mobile app design.Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.Ability to provide design mentorship to other Designers.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Additional InformationPlease submit a relevant portfolio and/or a link to your portfolio along with your application/resume.Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
