As a Team Leader in customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive a consistently high-quality service. Your mission is to effectively manage and develop all available resources, including staff, systems, and processes while fostering a strong customer-oriented culture within our Call Centre.
- Ensure that the team understands and meets customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Take ownership of every customer need and facilitate quick resolutions.
- Manage risks associated with customer requests and implement effective controls.
- Resolve customer complaints within prescribed timelines.
- Assist with customer escalations, complaints, and queries.
- Promote the use of multiple channels for clients.
- Monitor internal controls and facilitate corrective action as needed.
- Coach and develop the team for optimal performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methods based on data.
- Minimum of 2 years of Team Leader/Supervisor experience in a bank call center.
- Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant tertiary qualification, preferably with a leadership component.
Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
