We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer with expertise in Plastic Injection Moulding to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities Analyze current plastic injection moulding processes and identify opportunities for improvement Design and implement efficient manufacturing workflows and processes Conduct time studies to establish standard work methods Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met Evaluate production equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff Manage projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5y years of experience in a plastic injection moulding environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Proficiency in process simulation software and MS Office Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
