IntroductionOne of our Automotive client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Auto Dealership) to join their company for the SSA region. The Manager is responsible for the Company to Dealer business relationship for a defined geographical territory. You will serve as the main point of contact between the Company and the Dealers in that region, it is required of them to handle the relationship with a spirit of true collaboration and performance management.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage Zone / District Managers Understanding of the Dealership Sales Management Carry over orders (review and determine which sales can be brought forward)Stock analysisSales vs. objective reviewsCoach Zone ManagersForecast Mid-month Estimate (probe,
understand and determine what actions can be implemented to rectify if below target)Achieve Retail and Wholesale sales objectivesBusiness ManagementFacility (advise, counsel in conjunction with Dealer Development Manager who takes the lead to follow up on Dealer plans)Dealership sales staff levels (review/advise and counsel)Guard the Ford Brand image in accordance with Company policy requirements input as per Market Rep planTrainingProduct Knowledge8-Step sales processSales Consultant coaching and developmentDistrict Sales Managers are responsible for soliciting enrolments in training courses managing their District to achieve 100% Dealership staff participation and qualificationMeeting Attendance and ParticipationMonthly / Quarterly Reviews and Regional Dealer MeetingsDealer of the Year and Sales Merit ClubSpecial Events (other)MiscellaneousProvide competitive information feedback in a weekly feedback report,
