Job Description:







- Implement processes for local tax reporting compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to avoid reputational risk.
- Report tax data for South Africa and ARO, including IT3's, DWT, WTI, FTCA, and CRS.
- Assist with remediation for inaccuracies and minimize client impact.
- Provide expert advice on reportable products; train and support divisions.
- Maintain relationships with divisions, SARS, and industry bodies; attend meetings.
- Monitor new regulations and advise on compliance.
- Collaborate with IT on tax reporting functionality; ensure compliance.
- Manage IRS registration and FATCA alerts; validate documentation.
- Facilitate attestation and submit reports, addressing issues.
- Direct and manage team performance and development.
- Develop a talent management strategy.
- Foster a high-performing team; ensure effective training.
- Maintain succession planning; support recruitment.
- Review headcount requests; manage leave and grievances.
- Motivate employees and recognize their efforts; collaborate on CES action items.







Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Bachelor of Commerce Degree or related qualification
- . Post graduate in Tax is preferred
- 10+ years in taxation
- Financial services experience is essential
