Key Responsibilities:

- Lead actuarial teams in pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Develop and deploy cutting-edge pricing models tailored to short-term insurance products.






- Provide strategic actuarial advice to senior management, influencing critical business decisions.
- Oversee risk assessments and profitability analysis to optimize business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align actuarial strategies with overall business goals.
- Guide the implementation of underwriting best practices and market-relevant portfolio management strategies.

Qualifications:

- Qualified FASSA or an internationally equivalent actuarial designation (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of short-term insurance pricing experience, including modelling and deployment.
- Proven track record of providing actuarial advice at senior management level.
- Extensive underwriting and portfolio management experience.
- 5+ years of general management experience, showcasing leadership and strategic visi
