QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE A university degree/diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g.
computer science, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification or 3 years IT experience ESSENTIAL SKILLS Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change and Problem management) Plan and execute maintenance tasks (change management)
Plan and execute infrastructure lifecycle tasks (technical lifecycle, change management) Resolve incident tickets Analyse and resolve problem tickets Experience with VIP and End-user support Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID Exposure to device management (SCCM, Workspace One, Microsoft Intune etc..) Exposure to Virtual Device Management ( Horizon, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop) Exposure to troubleshooting infrastructure, network and general integration issues Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change and Problem management) Plan and execute maintenance tasks (change management) Plan and execute infrastructure lifecycle tasks (technical lifecycle, change management)

build a resolution plan and bring it to successful implementation Strong ability to understand technical dependencies and enterprise setup on a global scale ROLE: Monitor, process and resolve ITSM incidents Daily monitoring of device management environments Be responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams Continuously work on improving the operational stability Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics Support the onboarding and knowledge transfer to new team members, and external collaborators Interact with an international product team, external providers, vendors and customers. Treat security as a first-class citizen Work closely with stakeholders,
