Office Administrator – Port Elizabeth
Our client in the Marketing Industry is seeking a skilled individual for an Office Administrator role.
Requirements:
- 5+ years previous experience in a similar role.
- Software - Quick Books, Pastel and Microsoft essential.
- Previous experience in receiving and invoicing.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Utilize QuickBooks and Pastel for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting and maintain record keeping.
- Oversee the receiving and inventory management of office supplies and stock.
- Verify and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
