Permanent position for a Registered Nurse - Midwife in Pretoria North.
Minimum Requirements:
•Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Midwife•Previous experience in a similar position in private healthcare•Ensures that patient records and registers meet legal requirements•Competent in demonstration and assessment of all clinical procedures and management of risks•A good understanding and application of the nursing scope of practice and knowledge of patient care.•Basic knowledge of stock control principles•Knowledge of clinical procedures,
scientific nursing process and BCA principles•Sound knowledge of nursing activities and procedures as per Scope of Practice of a Registered Nurse.•Ability to identify and report near-misses and adverse events•Be able to function as an effective member of the nursing team by facilitating team effectiveness
