Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in Java development and 3+ years in J2EE

Familiarity with IBM WebSphere, SQL Server, and life insurance financial applications is a plus
Qualification:
Grade 12 (essential)
Computer Science degree/diploma (recommended)
Java certification (advantageous)
