We are looking for a fixed term contract for a period 12 - 18 months , the incumbent must have the ability to investigate and apply expertise to data with an intended objective to deliver on the specific area of expertise. They will be responsible for analyzing data and extracting trends to ensure improvement of processes and or customer satisfaction. This could be in the form of innovative ideas as well as the task of compiling reports. Reconstructions are prepared for the OPFA and attention to detail and high standard of work is required. The reconstruction is used by the Adjudicator to prepare a determination which is equivalent to a court order. This is then handed down to the employer/fund/administrator/attorneys and members.
The incumbent should have knowledge of the OPFA complaint and Determinations process as understanding the wording plays a critical role in preparing a recon.
