What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
In this role, you'll be a key player in evaluating tenders and supporting ongoing operations and maintenance activities. Working with the Tender Office, you'll review tender documents,
provide technical insights, and ensure timely, accurate submissions that meet client specifications. On the O&M; side, you'll work closely with the Maintenance Manager to provide engineering support for underperforming assets, address ad-hoc technical issues, and optimize system performance. Whether you're contributing to tender proposals or resolving onsite challenges, your expertise will be critical to project success.

What you'll need
To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, along with 3+ years of experience in the EPC industry,
specifically in tender evaluation and O&M.; You'll be well-versed in engineering tools and project management software, and possess a strong understanding of both South African and international standards. You must also be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams will set you apart.
