We are looking for a proactive Full-Time Pharmacy Manager with the ability to lead, develop and support our xxxxxx team.Since our founding in 1897, Davidsons Chemists have invested in proactive, community-minded pharmacists. Our pharmacists and support staff provide an individual patient-centred service with excellent clinical knowledge and trusted expertise.The ideal candidate would be a pharmacist who is highly motivated and ready to be a strong leader. Reporting to the executive team (Allan, Karen and Kathleen), you will be responsible for and oversee all aspects of delivering the Scottish Pharmacy Contract as well as local and private services. You will have a passion for community pharmacy, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding pharmaceutical care.We believe in giving our Pharmacist Managers the responsibility and flexibility to manage their pharmacies and we continue to support our teams with investment and development of support staff to allow you to do so. In addition, our Head Office and Operations teams can provide support when required.Davidsons are committed to the development of Independent Prescribers and the extension of Pharmacy First Plus to all community pharmacies across Scotland.
