Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in SQL and Power BI, along with a passion for data analysis and visualization.
You will play a key role in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes by analyzing data, generating insights, and creating engaging reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis : Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- SQL Development : Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Reporting : Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Data Visualization : Create compelling visualizations that effectively convey complex data insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes.
- Innovation : Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales environment.
- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Power BI for report and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite, MS Access, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with data modelling and database design.
- Knowledge of DAX for Power BI calculations.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
