The Role: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
-Build, lead, and inspire a dynamic team of property sales agents, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to support professional growth and team success.
-Promote a collaborative and results-driven team atmosphere, encouraging open communication and accountability.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
-Develop and execute a robust sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and market trends, identifying new opportunities and maximizing conversion rates.
-Set ambitious, yet achievable sales targets, ensuring effective territory management, resource allocation, and strong client acquisition.
-Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation through to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
-Analyze key sales metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to optimize team performance.
-Generate detailed sales reports, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
-Track market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Training & Development:
-Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs focused on enhancing product knowledge, negotiation skills, prospecting techniques, and client relationship management.
-Stay informed about the latest sales methodologies and tools, continuously improving training content to maximize team performance.
-Provide individual coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them identify strengths and areas for improvement to ensure continued personal development.
-Collaborate with HR and senior management to establish and maintain a strong training and development infrastructure.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sales management within property, financial services,
or a similar industry.
-Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire a diverse and ambitious team.
-Expertise in sales forecasting, target setting, and performance analysis, with a keen eye for metrics that drive success.
-Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a success-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations.
-Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales technology tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
-A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary - R55,000 – R70,000 per month (Based on experience, skillset and in relation to your current package.
