Sales Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Insight: Utilise advanced sales analytics and AI-driven insights to monitor, forecast, and understand market dynamics for targeted outreach.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Continuously assess and refine marketing strategies using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and impact on sales.
- Market Trends & Adaptability: Stay updated on the latest market trends and industry developments, using data to adjust strategies swiftly.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the sales manager to align on projections, develop strategies, and execute plans.
- Target Achievement: Drive results through a persistent approach to meeting or exceeding sales targets, even in challenging scenarios.
- Client Engagement: Proactively manage client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring seamless bookings, follow-ups, and service delivery.
- Network Building: Establish connections with industry bodies, associations, and forums, keeping a pulse on market changes.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- New Client Identification:
Use data analysis and AI-powered tools to identify new customer segments and develop tailored sales approaches.
- Targeted Engagement: Create and execute engagement plans based on competitive analysis and market data.
- Brand Positioning: Enhance product appeal and brand positioning through targeted marketing initiatives that speak directly to the needs of prospective clients.
- Client Education: Utilize webinars, online sessions, and digital content to inform clients about the benefits of occupational health services.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, leveraging digital platforms for broader reach and engagement.
Administrative Knowledge:
- Appointment Management:
Schedule and manage client meetings efficiently using integrated CRM and scheduling tools.
- Client Queries: Address client questions promptly, utilising AI chat tools for initial support.
- Performance Analysis: Discuss sales metrics and insights regularly with the sales and marketing manager, using data visualization tools.
- Team Development: Mentor and train sales colleagues on the use of advanced sales techniques and digital tools.
- CRM Proficiency: Maximize the use of CRM software for lead tracking, client relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.
Customer Service Focus:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, data-informed relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Superior Service Delivery:
Use AI-based communication tools to provide fast, accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Retention Strategies: Implement customer retention programs, leveraging data insights to personalise follow-ups and service offerings.
- Service Customisation: Tailor occupational health service packages to align with client needs, utilising AI-based assessments for industry-specific solutions.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, using data to find and implement quick solutions.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 and qualification in marketing or business.
- Proficiency in English, Afrikaans, and a third language is an advantage.
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Business Management, or Marketing.
- Proven sales experience in a service-based or B2B environment.
- Occupational Health and Safety knowledge is advantageous.
- Valid Driver's License (Code 8 or 10).
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of modern consumer trends and AI-driven sales tools.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data, translating it into actionable sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others.
- Adaptability to evolving market trends and ability to implement innovative sales techniques.
- Skilled in problem-solving, client relationship management, and product development.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health regulations and their impact on client operations.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on using CRM and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Customer Relationships, CRM systems, and AI-powered customer engagement tools.
Basic Salary:
- R20,000 - R22,000 CTC (Cost to Company) per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Commission Structure:
- Core Products Commission: 3% - 9% based on sales achieved above the break-even point.
- Upselling Commission: 2% - 7% on additional products and services sold above the break-even point.
