ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- BCOM DEGREE in Accounting / Finance / business-related field ESSENTIAL.
- Minimum Accounting II part of the BCom Degree.
- 4 years plus experience in business investment/business investment structuring
- Experience in auditing, banking, and/or sales & marketing will be beneficial
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients: responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients in order to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Providing financial advice and guidance: provide sound financial advice and guidance based on their client's needs and goals.
- Cross-selling financial products and services: responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services to clients to meet their financial needs and help them achieve their goals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records: maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, account balances, and transaction history.
- Complying with regulations and policies: adhere to all relevant regulations and policies, including those related to privacy, confidentiality, and risk management.

- Strong communication skills: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Interpersonal skills:
build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of people. This includes being able to listen to client's needs and goals and provide personalized financial guidance and support.
- Problem-solving skills: identify and resolve problems and issues that may arise in the course of managing client accounts and relationships.
- Attention to detail: attention to small details and follow procedures accurately in order to ensure that all transactions and client records are handled correctly.
- Time management skills: their time effectively and prioritize tasks in order to meet the demands of their role.
- Analytical: should be able to analyze financial data and information in order to make informed recommendations to clients.
- Organizational:
able to keep track of multiple clients and tasks and be able to prioritize and organize their workload effectively.
- Customer service: provide excellent customer service to clients, including being responsive, polite, and helpful.
- Sales promoting and selling financial products and services to clients. This may involve identifying sales opportunities, making presentations, and following up with clients.
- Computer: proficient in using computer programs and applications, such as financial software and spreadsheets.
