We're seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our company. We are based in Stikland, Bellville and have a manufacturing and wholesale warehouse in Johannesburg. The position advertised is for our Bellville, Cape Town offices.
- Manage and maintain debtors and creditors
- Process and manage invoicing efficiently
- Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting
- Ensure accurate data entry and account reconciliation
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Support general office administration duties
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in office administration
- Solid experience with debtors and creditors management
- Proficient in invoicing and financial administration
- Experience with a bookkeeping system
- Own transport and drivers licence
