Kendrick Recruitment are now seeking a Night Auditor for a luxury award winning Wine Estate based in Cape Town, Western Cape. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the guests experience from arrival to departure is seamless in accordance with all policies and procedures set by the establishment. During your shift, you will be responsible for the Front Office as well as the guest wellbeing and completing/running of the daily accounting reports during the evening. You will also supervise all Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
Handover with Late Shift
Checking in late arrivals and room guests
Count GR cash float (Includes: Cash, Coins, Vouchers & Receipts)
Answer any phone calls and action accordingly
Ensure lodge room rates are all correct
Run the Close a Cashier, Cash Register and Cash Register Closure reports
Prepare Wakeup call list should there be any requests
Make sure all lodge keys at the front desk are accounted for
Check that all stationery is in place and desk is tidy for the next shift
Check-out guests – if early departure
Update and send handover email
