Quality Specialist (Plant)Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Quality Specialist (Plant) to join their team in Durban. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits.As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Quality department, ensuring that all products and processes are in accordance with Quality Standards and Customer specific requirements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the Quality department.Ensure that all products and processes comply with Quality Standards and Customer specific requirements.Monitor and control Quality Systems and Processes to achieve Quality Standards and meet Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).Conduct Quality investigations (Internal, Supplier, Customers).Maintain IATF 16949:2016 Certification.Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum 5 years in a similar role within the Automotive/Manufacturing sector.National Diploma in Quality Management or Engineering related qualification.Trained Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & VDA 6.3:2016.
