Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Developer to join their office team in Johannesburg focusing on the sales of QCTO/SETA Qualifications.Key Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentIncrease Sales of the businessNurture current and future customer relationsIdentify and research potential clientsContacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetingsEnsuring Marketing and Sales strategy is alignedMarketing tools including company profile/course outlines etc continuously reviewedIdentify key networking eventsLead generation opportunitiesOffice ManagementOversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized, safe,
and clean work environment.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Maintain and update office records and databases.Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.Financial reporting.Facility ManagementCoordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and landlords.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Project ManagmentPlan and execute office-related projects, such as office moves, renovations, or events.Track project progress and ensure timely completion.Experience and QualificationsA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.Experience in the sale of QCTO/SETA Qualifications is essential.General office management experienceMatricClear criminal recordSkillsExcellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.Basic understanding of accounting principles and budget management.Personal AttributesProactive and able to work independently.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
