Office ManagerA local Agricultural concern is on the lookout for a dynamic and efficient Office Manager to take control of their office, be the face of the firm, and ensure all administration and sales are taken care of in an efficient and professional manner.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe day-to-day running of the officeAssisting clients, i.e., issuing of delivery notes, handling all client queries, arranging product deliveriesTending to all business emailsBasic bookkeeping duties, i.e., sending out invoices,





capturing supplier invoicesKeeping stock of products and placing new orders from suppliers when necessaryContacting clients to offer services and productsMarketing on social media and other platformsMarket researchPA to the ownerData CaptureAd Hoc Admin DutiesDesired Experience & QualificationGrade 12Tertiary qualification would be advantageousPrevious experience as an Admin / Office ManagerHR Services, Recruitment & Selection
