Location: Sandton, Gauteng Salary: R21,200 CTC
As the Front Office Assistant Manager, you'll lead the Front Office and Guest Service team to ensure top-notch service and maximum guest satisfaction. You will assist the General Manager in the smooth and efficient running of hotel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and Inspire: Motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
Guest Relations: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a smile.
Administration: Manage reports, budgets, and ensure data accuracy.
Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally.
Training: Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
Coordination: Work seamlessly with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Opera PMS
Tertiary qualification in hospitality (advantageous)
Proven experience in front office management in a luxury hotel
